舊金山知名越式餐館 The Slanted Door在紐約 Pop up (2/15-17)

冷到抽筋的寒冬裡，不少人渴望可以來一碗熱辣辣的湯麵吧？舊金山的知名越南餐館The Slanted Door將會為紐約客帶來滋味的Pho及越式美食，它們會在2月15到17日於布魯克林 (Brookyln)舉行Pop up 活動。

由主廚Charles Phan主理的The Slanted Door在西岸灣區人氣高企，它們將在Williamsburg’的精品飯店Wythe Hotel舉行為期三天的Pop up店，帶來西岸的越式美味。到場的食客可享用春捲和餃子等前菜、Slanted Door 特色調酒、Pho及甜點。是次Pop up不能預約，直接walk in就可以了。
