紐約科學館薑餅糖果小鎮展 Gingerbread Lane (11/23-1/12)

一名飯店廚師為慶祝節日來臨，將於 11 月開始在 Queens 的紐約科學館（New York Hall of Science）舉辦一場薑餅糖果小鎮（Gingerbread Lane）展覽。長達百米的夢幻糖果小鎮全由真正的食材打造，在展出最後一天（1/12）每人還可帶走一個薑餅屋喔！

薑餅糖果小鎮展已是第 7 年舉辦，不但成為全球最大型的薑餅糖果小鎮，更打入了《金氏世界紀錄大全》（Guinness World Records）！

這個薑餅糖果屋小鎮由 Algonquin 飯店廚師 Jon Lovitch 一手包辦，從烤、設計、建造和裝飾全出自他的一雙巧手，而且色彩繽紛又香噴噴的薑餅屋更用上了幾千磅的糖果。
