Pho 口味小籠包Phumpling Co回歸，即將現身Williamsburg Artist & Fleas！

大部份人品嚐過小籠包而且對它愛不釋手，越南湯粉（Pho）口味的小籠包大家有沒有吃過呢?去了曾在Bushwick market 設攤，提供的餐點極受食客歡迎的Phumpling Co，即將現身威廉斯堡藝術跳蚤市場（Williamsburg Artist & Fleas）。Phumpling Co所提供的越南湯粉小籠包不同一般小籠包以肉香肉汁精華作主調，換之而來是充滿香料的清新口味。

Phumpling Co將於4月26日和5月3日在威廉斯堡的室內藝術跳蚤市場設攤，Phumpling Co的越南河粉小籠包由手撕牛肉及牛肉高湯配上多種亞洲香料組成，沾上吃Pho必備雙寶－海鮮醬和是拉差，非常別具一格而且香氣四溢非常好吃。

據悉，Phumpling Co合作人曾透露，他們正研製Pho 漢堡，Pho French Dip和Pho Crostinis，可能在不久將來會推出市面，你會想試試看嗎？
