由阿根廷火車公司提供的影片顯示，這名男子在布宜諾斯艾利斯(Buenos Aires) Liniers 社區的 Cuzco平交道附近，一邊走路一邊低頭看手機!!
監控畫面顯示，一名行人在阿根廷布宜諾斯艾利斯( Buenos Aires) 差點被火車碾壓，當時他正低頭看著手機，試圖穿越鐵軌。
畫面中可以看到，一列火車正快速接近平交道，這名男子在最後一刻往後退，並且在火車似乎撞到他的手後跌倒在地。
事故發生後，阿根廷火車公司短暫中斷了通往 Once 方向的 Liniers 車站服務。
