做法:

  1. 把香蕉壓成香蕉泥(小提示:如果香蕉太硬太難壓, 可以先微波15秒香蕉就會變比較軟)
  2. 加入雞蛋和燕麥片, 拌勻
  3. 用小火把班戟糊煎熟(每面1分鐘)
  4. 完成!
