鋁箔紙一張

 

做法:

  • 金針菇洗淨並撕開
  • 均勻放在鋁箔紙上

  • 加上亞麻籽油牛油, 大蒜, 鹽和胡椒

  • 把鋁箔紙對折把金針菇包起來
  • 放在平底鍋裡,用中大火燒5分鐘

  • 把裡面的調味料跟金針菇拌勻就可以吃喔!
