[Fobby Kitchen] 好做又好吃~泰式烤蝦意大利瓜麵條沙拉

做法:

  • 把大蝦用蔥,蒜,2茶匙魚露和黑胡椒醃好.

  • 用手動Spiralizer把意大利瓜切成麵條狀. 放到大碗中然後冷藏.

  • 在另一個碗裡, 用金屬湯匙把大蒜和泰國辣椒壓碎, 釋放香味.

  • 混合魚露, 青檸檬汁, 紅糖. 攪拌直到紅糖熔化.

  • 加入青豆和葡萄番茄. 用金屬湯匙壓出青豆和葡萄番茄汁

  • 把混合好醬汁加進意大利瓜麵條中攪拌.
